Join The HAAM 2Hundred (H2H)

The Health Alliance for Austin Musicians is excited to announce the establishment of our first permanent home - The Robin and Bud Shivers HAAM Headquarters. Robin Shivers founded HAAM in 2005 to address the challenges and previously unmet healthcare needs of Austin musicians. Since that time, we have connected over 6,000 musicians to more than $113 million in healthcare services. We have a proven track record of working collaboratively in the worlds of community health, economic development, tourism, and cultural arts … establishing HAAM as one of the most impactful nonprofits in the city. Our success has encouraged more musicians to enroll every year. It has become imperative that we build our capacity in people, space, and resources, to address the growing needs of our local musicians.

We are asking a limited 200 individuals, couples, or groups to help HAAM open the doors to our first ever permanent home with a gift or pledge of $5,000. Our new 7,314 square foot HQ is specifically designed and configured to meet the needs of our musicians, featuring private and public collaborative spaces for musicians and staff, a Musicians’ Resource Center for internet and technology access, an intimate performance stage to showcase local music, and will serve as a central navigation hub to support our musicians achieving their best healthcare outcomes.

With your investment you will join the HAAM 2Hundred (H2H), an exclusive  group of founding donors helping to establish HAAM’s first permanent home. As a thank you, H2H members will receive:

  • Permanent recognition on HAAM’s donor wall

  • A year of membership in HAAM’s Pearl Society

  • A limited edition gold record display recognizing your support

H2H members will power the stability, depth and reach of HAAM and help ensure Austin is a place where musician’s healthcare is prioritized, allowing them to focus on growing their audiences, their families, and their incredible music. All pledges can be paid out over a 24 month period. Use the QR Code below or visit myhaam.org/bring-haam-home or to pledge or for additional information.

We know you love live music. Your continued support of HAAM shows you understand how critical our programs are to sustaining live music in Austin. HAAM HQ is a vital and exciting next step toward solidifying musicians’ essential place within our community, and living up to our name as the Live Music Capital of the World.

Our success would not be possible without your generosity. Thank you for being one of our most loyal supporters and an ambassador for our mission, and thank you for keeping music in Austin alive and well.
