on September 30th, featuring a surprise musical guest you won’t want to miss!

How to Create Your HAAM Day Music Festival Fundraising Page

You have two options to fundraise for HAAM Day Music Festival!

Create a fundraising page on our free platform:

  1. Go to the P2P HAAM Day 2025 Music Festival Fundraising Page

  2. Click the “Register to Fundraise!” button

  3. Choose a Participation Level (Individual, Team, or Join a Team)

  4. Set up your account. Enter your email, create a password, and enter your contact information.

  5. You can customize your page in your Dashboard with fundraising goals, tell everyone why you support HAAM Day Music Festival, and share your page with friends on social or via email!

Create a Facebook or Instagram Fundraiser:

Facebook

  1. Go to HAAM’s Facebook Fundraiser HERE

  2. Set your fundraising goal, title your fundraiser, and let people know why you’re fundraising for HAAM.

  3. Click Create.

  4. Share your fundraiser with your friends and followers

Instagram Post

  1. Create your post using one of our HAAM Day Music Festival graphics

  2. Click “More Options”

  3. Click “Add Fundraiser”

  4. Search for “Health Alliance for Austin Musicians”

  5. Select HAAM and enter your fundraising goal

  6. Go live with your post!

Instagram Story

  1. Create your story using one of our HAAM Day Music Festival graphics

  2. Tap the stickers button (a smiley face on the top of the screen)

  3. Select the “Donation” sticker

  4. Search for “Health Alliance for Austin Musicians”

  5. Select HAAM and enter your fundraising goal

HAAM Day Muisc Festival Fundraising FAQ

  • A: Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting HAAM and its mission of keeping music in Austin alive and well. Every $200 donated to HAAM is turned into $1,400 in healthcare services. HAAM has helped more musicians access over $200 million in healthcare services since 2005.

  • A: It’s a surprise! All we can say is that it’s a Texas-based musician that you won’t want to miss! There will be free drinks and lite bites throughout the evening.

  • A: Individuals need to raise $200 by midnight on September 23, 2025, to receive an invite to the HAAM Day Music Festival After Party.

  • A: No, you must create either a fundraising page on our platform or on Facebook/Instagram.

  • A: If you raise $500+ for HAAM Day Music Festival, you will receive up to 3 additional guests for the HAAM Day Music Festival After Party. Otherwise, each person will need to raise a minimum of $200 in order to receive their individual invite.

  • A: The cutoff to receive a special invite to our HAAM Day Music Festival After Party at C3 is at 11:59 PM on September 23, 2025.

  • A: You will receive an email invite by Friday, September 26th, from a HAAM team member with all the details!
